If you use multiple Google accounts in the same Google Chrome instance, it may cause issues authenticating to Truly within the browser.

How to clear Truly-specific cookies and caches only:

  1. Open the Google Chrome browser.

  2. Copy and paste chrome://settings/siteData in the address bar. (you can also access this menu manually by navigating: > Settings >  Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Cookies and Site Data > See all cookies and site data)

  3. On this new page, search "Truly" using the search bar in the upper right.

  4. Click the trash can icon next to each Truly-related item to be cleared. (alternatively, click Remove All Shown to remove all shown cache items)

  5. Re-try the authentication.

How to completely clear Chrome's cookies and caches for all websites:

Note: These steps will clear all saved logins and cached info for all websites, including Truly. In some cases this may be a necessary troubleshooting step.

  1. Open a Chrome window.

  2. At the top right, click More (three vertical dots).

  3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.

  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

  6. Click Clear data.

  7. Re-try the authentication.
