Quick tips to ensure calls get synced to the right spot via click-to-call!

Calling from lists

  • When calling from list views, click into the object (account, opportunity, lead, contact, etc) by clicking on their name.

  • Next, hover over the phone number and click-to-call or SMS from there!

Calling from Contacts on Accounts or Opportunities

  • When calling from contact lists embedded in Accounts or Opportunities, click into the contact by clicking on their name.

  • Next, hover over the phone number and click-to-call or SMS from there!

Note: If the Truly click to call icons do not show up in Salesforce, please see our Troubleshooting Click to Call article for tips on how to resolve this issue.
