Calling from lists
When calling from list views, click into the object (account, opportunity, lead, contact, etc) by clicking on their name.
Next, hover over the phone number and click-to-call or SMS from there!
Calling from Contacts on Accounts or Opportunities
When calling from contact lists embedded in Accounts or Opportunities, click into the contact by clicking on their name.
Next, hover over the phone number and click-to-call or SMS from there!
