Issues with call quality or completion after the call connects
International calls often take longer routes to connect to the call recipient, and our Voice Ops team relies on call quality feedback to zero-in on problems and track emerging issues and trends related to call routing and termination.
If there are any issues with call quality or completion after the call connects, please submit call quality feedback or contact the Truly support team.
Concerns about international calling charges
Phone calls made from the Truly desktop app are routed through our platform and will not incur international calling charges.
Phone calls made from the Truly mobile app will not incur international calling charges when made from supported countries.
Check with your mobile provider for details on international calling charges outside of our supported countries.
Please contact the support team if you plan on traveling abroad so that we can provide assistance and best practices for using the Truly mobile app, and prevent unexpected international calling charges.
