The RPA package comes with defaults settings that makes it work 'out of the box' with most Salesforce and other sales tool configurations. (Truly, Yesware, Mixmax, Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft, Cirrus Insight)
However, it's worth checking to make sure that these settings are compatible with your setup and doing further customizations to your specific use cases (see Advanced Configuration)
Adding Tabs
Most configuration is done through standard Salesforce objects, and most of our tutorials will assume you can access these objects in Tabs/Listviews.

Basic Requirements
In order to function end-to-end, two sets of Trackers need to be setup. This section requires basic knowledge of how Trackers work, so take a moment to familiarize yourself with them in these articles: Truly Trackers , Truly Rules and TrulyActivity Data Model
Activity Direction
The package uses TrulyActivity.Direction
to model the engagement pattern between reps and prospects.
For example, it's helpful to know how many times the rep has done outbound touches since the last 'engagement' (measure of persistence and/or the prospect going cold) and the time between each touch (aggressiveness).
To configure this, navigate to the Truly Trackers tab > select the View All list view > search the list view for 'Activity Direction'.
Then edit the Tracker rules to match whatever the email logging convention is that your call, email and other activity tracking tools use.
Engagement
The package uses TrulyActivity.Contact_Engaged
to model both the engagement pattern and generate opportunity level metrics.
A number of default engagement trackers come out of the box with the software, which you can find under the Trackers tab in Salesforce by searching for 'Engagement'.
